The Apartment offers spectacular views of St Boniface Downs to the rear, and combines the best of modern living, in balance with the properties’ traditional Victorian period features and heritage.
Navarino Villa offers a perfect base for exploring the Isle of Wight and it’s many attractions. Ventnor’s beach and town are just a short walk away, 10 minutes down hill, with local shopping, restaurants, bars and the popular Esplanade.
A beautiful stained glass door is your entrance into the self-catering holiday apartment. Tiled floors, original Victorian pine doors, architrave, skirting and a wealth of additional original features adorn the apartment. The holiday apartment offers a good-sized kitchen, pine table & chairs for 6 diners and an original Victorian cast iron range (for decorative purpose only). The kitchen facilities include – dishwasher, hob, 2 electric ovens (at eye level), microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer & coffee machine.
The Victorian style living room, with an original working Victorian cast iron fireplace, for those cold winter evenings. (Initial fuel is included, thereafter available locally). Also included is Sky Satellite TV, Hi-Fi, DVD & Wi-Fi. The apartment is also equipped with games, books and DVD’s for your entertainment.
The Victorian style bathroom with its roll top bath has a shower over & mixer tap. There are two bedrooms, a double bedroom with a king size bed and a smaller bedroom for up to 3 people with a small double and one single. An enclosed courtyard garden with a seating area, offers stunning views over St Boniface Down. Parking space for one car. Please note: There are 6 steps down into apartment and 2 steps up into the courtyard garden.
We are a dog friendly apartment and we welcome your furry friends. There are many enjoyable walks in and around Ventnor and further afield on the Island. If you bring your dog with you they are sure to enjoy them too!
